We wish to express our appreciation to you for the high quality of work and professional craftsmanship utilized in the complete renovation of our home. Your close attention to details and useful recommendations exceeded our greatest expectations. Moreover, Tindall Construction made every effort to accommodate our unscheduled changes and additions in the protracted process of improving our newly renovated residence. The upgrade modification of our outdated bathroom was wonderful. The beautiful and modern walk-in shower truly enhanced the unique character of our home. The matching fixtures and complimentary color are amazing. You transformed an ordinary and drab bathroom into a safe place by removing the old-fashioned bathtub and outfitting the space with modern tile flooring and walls.

Additionally, the painting of the whole house gives each room a pleasant ambiance and warmth with an immediate “wow” factor. Your modifications to our powder room also improved and expanded its functionality. The needed improvements to our laundry room will make it very practical for years to come. And, of course, the new flooring in the kitchen, laundry room, and den compliments the newly refinished hardwood floors in the remaining rooms in our home. These floors are spectacular and bring the entire house alive.

Again we thank you Nick for all your good work that truly transformed and beautified our home. We were extremely pleased with Tindall Construction during the major remodeling of our downstairs bedroom, bathrooms, and garage. Mr. Nick Tindall himself was at the work site in person every day, was very courteous at all times, and explained the progress on the project whenever we asked.

All of his workers were highly professional and efficient, and all aspects of the work (plumbing, painting, electrical cabinet building, etc.) were completed in timely fashion within the prescribed budget. We remain totally satisfied with the final product.
